Thank you all for your support. I have received a lot of great responses to my project and a lot of friends and family have already invested in this project. I will keep you updated here on how it is coming along. I hope to add photos and videos along the way.
Right now I am preparing for my flight and ordering all the yeasts, nutrients and supplies that I am taking with me.
